Pipe Insulation Saddle

Designed to protect pipe insulations from crushing or other forms of damage at hanger locations.

The Buckaroos Insulation Saddle is a metal shield formed to a 180′ arc. Buckaroos Insulation Saddles are designed for use with medium and low compressive strength pipe insulations, and on vapor barrier type insulations such as fiberglass, urethane, rubber and polyethylene tubing. Each Buckaroos Insulation Saddle is individually marked according to the pipe insulation outside diameter. It is recommended that Buckaroos Insulation Supports be used in combination with the Buckaroos Insulation Saddles to insure the proper support for the pipe insulation system

Applications

Buckaroos Insulation Saddles are designed for use with medium and low compressive strength pipe insulations, and with vapor barrier type insulations such as fiberglass, urethane, rubber, and polyethylene tubing. They are ideal for use on plumbing, heating, chilled water, and refrigeration piping, with temperatures ranging from -120°F to +500°F.
